1. Get your coupon - Pick up a physical “3+1 Rewards” coupon from our BDC counter. Each coupon has a unique Serial No and the fixed code 3PLUS1.
2. Make your first purchase - Buy 1 pair of CooperVision Pro‑Fit monthly clear contact lenses at RM21. Our staff will fill the “Purchase 1” column on your coupon with the receipt number, date, their initials, and a store chop.
3. Wait at least 21 days, then buy again - A minimum of 21 days is required between each of the 3 purchases.
4. Complete your second and third purchases - Repeat step 2. Each time, staff fills the next column on your coupon (Purchase 2 and Purchase 3).
5. Redeem your rewards - Present your fully completed coupon within 30 days of the 3rd purchase to receive:
